1. Customization & Orders

How do I customize my product? Simply choose your favorite item, upload your photo, or enter your text directly on the product page. Our real-time preview tool will show you a mockup. After you order, our professional design team and Mega Factory technology ensure your vision is perfectly rendered.

What photo quality is required for the best results? For the sharpest print, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 1000x1000 pixels) in JPEG or PNG format. Our designers will manually optimize every image before production to ensure the highest quality.

Can I modify my order after it's placed? Because our Mega Factory utilizes automated high-speed production, orders move to the crafting phase very quickly. If you need to change your design or address, please contact us at FBmall.POD@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–5 business days) + Shipping Time (varies by method).

  • Standard Shipping: 9–13 business days.

  • Expedited/Urgent: 3–13 business days.

Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders under 0.5KG to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, France, Germany, and Switzerland.

How do I track my package? Once your order leaves our factory, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.


3. Quality, Safety & Materials

Are FBMALL materials safe and eco-friendly? Absolutely. As a brand founded by an environmental philanthropist, we prioritize safety. We use non-toxic, eco-certified inks and sustainable base materials that are safe for children, pets, and the planet.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your Return Policy? We offer a 99-Day Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement—no return required.

What if I just changed my mind? Since custom items are unique to you, they cannot be resold. For non-quality returns, we provide a 70% refund (a 30% crafting fee is deducted to cover material and production costs).


5. Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.) via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my information secure? Yes. FBMALL is PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant. All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring your payment data is never stored and remains 100% private.
